Alpha Terms

CreateMaps is currently a closed/public-alpha preview. These terms describe the intended preview use; they are not a final commercial contract.

Preview Service

Hosted CreateMaps access is provided for evaluation, testing, feedback, demos, and technical exploration. Features, datasets, APIs, credit costs, limits, response schemas, and URLs may change during the alpha phase.

No Production or Safety-Critical Use

Do not rely on the alpha service for safety-critical, legal, emergency, navigation, compliance, production, or high-availability use. Routing, geocoding, natural-language translation, generated queries, terrain, and exports may be incomplete or wrong.

API Keys and Credits

API keys are issued manually and remain under operational control of Hekosoft/CreateMaps. Keys may be rate-limited, credited, disabled, rotated, or revoked to protect the service, manage costs, investigate abuse, or adjust the alpha program.

User Content and Feedback

Do not submit confidential, sensitive, regulated, or third-party-proprietary data in queries, prompts, route profiles, feedback, or API requests. Feedback may be used to improve CreateMaps, reproduce issues, and prioritize product work.

Data and Attribution

Results can be derived from OpenStreetMap or other source data. You are responsible for observing applicable attribution, license, share-alike, export, and redistribution obligations when using or redistributing maps, tiles, screenshots, exports, datasets, or API responses. See Data & copyright.

Availability and Warranty

The alpha service is provided as-is and as-available, without service-level commitments. It may be paused or changed while the product, cost model, and target audience are being explored.
